Technologies
Scrubber Load Control
Uses time-series models to estimate scrubber load ahead of the process response, supporting stable feed control after site-specific validation.

Screen Overflow Detection
Protects product quality and sorting efficiency — computer vision detects fines overflowing into the oversize stream at wet screens in real time, alerting operators or automatically reducing feedrate.

Thickener Reagents Control
Cuts reagent overdosing while keeping overflow clear and underflow dense — neural predictions of clarity, pH and density drive a genetic-algorithm search for optimal dosing in real time.

Cyclone Apex Liner Wear Estimation
Estimates cyclone apex liner wear from changing underflow solids, density and pressure response, helping maintenance teams plan inspections and replacements around condition rather than fixed hours.

Thickener Overflow Quality Monitoring
Monitors thickener overflow clarity using computer vision and can provide signals for approved control and reagent-optimisation workflows.

Tailings and Water Monitoring
Combines edge vision and wet-plant data to monitor visible tailings conditions, water use and thickener performance.

A plant-level optimiser for Wet Processing
Your operators shouldn’t have to trial-and-error the plant to its sweet spot. Above the wet processing control loops, a governed Layer-3 process supervisor continuously moves the plant’s high-level setpoints — searching for better operating points while a Layer-2 neural model-predictive layer models the process response. It runs in closed loop within operator-approved boundaries, measures what actually happened, and learns which moves improve performance.
Setpoints it moves
- Scrubber / plant feed rate
- Pre-wash & module water addition
- Cyclone feed density
- Thickener reagent dosing
Optimisation objectives
- Hold target product moisture & density
- Maximise sustained throughput
- Stabilise recycle & thickener load
- Minimise reagent and water use
