01
Define the problem
Agree the operating objective, scope, constraints and safety boundary with the site team.
Deployment and assurance
Minealytics capabilities are deployed around the plant’s existing control boundaries. The operating mode is agreed with the site and advanced only when validation, fallback behaviour and the safety case support it.
A staged rollout
01
Agree the operating objective, scope, constraints and safety boundary with the site team.
02
Check signal quality, time alignment, labels, camera views, control interfaces and failure modes.
03
Test predictions and recommendations against historical and labelled events before they influence operations.
04
Compare live outputs with operator decisions and measured outcomes without changing plant control.
05
Use operator-approved targets or supervised actions with clear limits, alarms and rollback behaviour.
06
Advance only when performance, reliability, operator confidence and the site safety case support it.
Control boundary: no model becomes the safety system. Site PLC, DCS and safety instrumented system interlocks remain the final authority, with a defined fallback when data or model confidence is not available.
